Mindfulness to Manage Anxiety Recorded video workshop.
In this course, you will learn about several techniques to help you to manage your thoughts including mindfulness, meditation, distraction and diffusion techniques. You will find out more about anxiety baselines and how our body gives us signals when these levels are increasing. You will learn about how our nervous system is designed to respond to different situations.
The course is broken down into 8 short videos and has accompanying resources to help you to practice some of the techniques I cover.
Fee £7 per person.
You will have access to all 8 videos ranging from 3 minutes to 20 minutes in length. There will be an index sheet to give you information for each clip and a resource sheet with references and further information including written instructions for some of the techniques I talk you through.
