If you are new to yoga you might have lots of questions.  Here are some articles which will give you the answers to some of those questions and make you feel more comfortable about trying yoga.  I often hear people say “I’m too stiff to do yoga, I can’t touch my toes” that’s not a problem, this is where most people start but after practicing yoga you will loosen up and feel more mobile. I’m currently enrolling students to join yoga classes on my first courses at The Natural Health Service in Swansea. Spaces are available in a Tuesday morning class, and two Thursday evening classes. The classes are suitable for beginners or students returning to yoga.
